CuPod Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account on CuPod, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. CuPod is operated by CuPod Inc., a Delaware C Corporation.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use CuPod. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or impersonate any person.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

  • Post objectionable, offensive, or abusive content

  • Harass, threaten, or bully other users

  • Share sexually explicit or violent content

  • Impersonate others or create fake profiles

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose

  • Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the app's features

5. Zero Tolerance Policy CuPod has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations will result in immediate account termination. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action including permanent bans.

6. User Content You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content you grant CuPod Inc. a license to display it within the app. You are solely responsible for content you post and its legality.

7. In-App Purchases CuPod offers consumable in-app purchases (Extra Arrows). All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchased arrows are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Disclaimers CuPod is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee you will meet anyone through the app or that any matches will result in relationships.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuPod Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
